Still Air Is the Silent Problem

Nobody ever walked into a plant room and said, “the air feels a bit too still in here.” Stagnant air is invisible, which is exactly why it is so underrated. It lets humidity pool around leaves, invites mould and mildew, and leaves stems soft because nothing ever asks them to toughen up. Outdoors, the wind does that job for free. Indoors, somebody has to hire it.

The AC Infinity Cloudray range is the wind, hired. Oscillating clip fans that do not just blow – they sweep, gust, ease off and change direction, the way a real breeze does. Same brains in every size; you simply choose how much space it needs to cover.

Which Cloudray Is Yours?

  • Cloudray S4 – 4”: the ultra-compact one. A high-pressure design means it hits harder than its size suggests – ideal for small tents, propagation areas, cabinets and houseplant shelves. Up to 204 CFM at 29 dBA.
  • Cloudray S6 – 6”: the all-rounder for small to medium tents and plant rooms, up to around 1.2m.
  • Cloudray S9 – 9”: the big one. Up to 405 CFM for larger tents, grow rooms, greenhouses and conservatories.

A useful rule: most people underestimate how much air a space needs. If you are torn between two sizes, the bigger fan running slower is quieter and gentler than the smaller fan running flat out.

A Fan That Behaves Like Weather

Most clip fans have two personalities: on and off. Every Cloudray has rather more. Ten speeds run from a whisper for seedlings and cuttings to proper circulation for a full tent. Ten dynamic wind modes vary the airflow the way nature does, so plants get a gentle workout rather than a constant blast in one spot. And ten levels of automatic oscillation let you aim narrow to work around a light or a pole, or wide to cover the whole space.

Built for Humid Rooms

Plant spaces are warm and damp – the natural enemy of cheap fans. Cloudray fans use brushless EC motors with carbon steel gears and dual ball bearings, rated for tens of thousands of hours, and are weather-resistant, so they keep running long after a bargain fan has started rattling. EC motors also sip power, which matters for a fan that may run around the clock.

Smart If You Want It, Simple If You Don’t

Use the onboard controls and it is simply an excellent fan. Plug it into an AC Infinity UIS controller and it joins the app: timers, schedules and triggers based on temperature and humidity, all from your phone.

Where It Earns Its Keep

  • Grow tents – the sturdy metal clamp grips tent poles, freeing up floor and shelf space.
  • Propagation and seedlings – low speeds build sturdier stems and help prevent damping off.
  • Houseplant shelves and plant rooms – moving air under grow lights helps stop mould on soil and keeps humid collections healthy.
  • Greenhouses and conservatories – breaks up hot, humid pockets on still days.

  • UIS compatible for app control with AC Infinity controllers
  • 100–240V, 8ft cord, ETL certified

Rose's Pro-Tip

Aim for leaves that gently flutter, not leaves that flap. If plants are visibly bending away from the fan, it is too strong or too close. Set the oscillation to sweep across the canopy rather than straight at it, and put a second fan low down if you can – the stillest, dampest air in any space is usually near the soil.
