Enzyme Root Zone Cleaner – Intense Nutrients Runzyme

Runzyme – Enzyme Root Cleaner That Turns Dead Roots Into Plant Food

Every healthy plant is constantly shedding old roots, and in a pot that debris has nowhere to go. In the wild it's eaten by an army of soil life; in a container it simply sits there, decaying, becoming a buffet for exactly the sort of microbes you'd rather not invite. Intense Nutrients Runzyme is the clean-up crew: a comprehensive blend of enzymes that targets dead root material and root binding, breaks it down and recycles it into nutrients your plant can use again.

Rather than letting old roots rot, Runzyme turns a liability into a food source, keeping the root zone clean, airy and making room for fresh white root growth.

Perfect For

Long-term houseplants that rarely get repotted, aroids and Hoyas in chunky mixes, semi-hydro LECA and Pon setups where debris collects in the reservoir, root-bound bonsai and citrus, reused compost and coco, and hydroponic and recirculating systems.

Key Benefits

• Breaks down dead roots and organic debris into usable nutrients
• Helps keep the root zone (rhizosphere) clean and healthy
• Encourages beneficial micro-organisms
• Creates space for vigorous new root growth
• Improves nutrient cycling in the growing medium
• Suitable for all grow mediums: soil, coco, hydro and LECA

How to Use

Add 1–2ml per litre of water or nutrient solution. Use throughout the whole life of the plant.

🌿 Rose's Pro-Tip: if you've ever tipped a plant out and smelt that sour, swampy root smell, that's decay winning. A regular low dose of Runzyme in every watering is much easier than a rescue mission later. It's also brilliant for refreshing tired compost you're about to reuse.

Sizes

250ml, 1 Litre, 5 Litres and 10 Litres. Add a measuring syringe for accurate dosing.
