Vortex Inline Duct Fan – 4" to 12" Extractor Fan
£44.99
Vortex Inline Duct Fans – Serious Airflow, Sensible Price
Grow lights get hot, and hot, still air is where plants struggle: leaves scorch, humidity builds and roots suffer. A Vortex inline fan clears it out. It's a high-performance centrifugal fan that moves a lot of air for the money, with thermal overload protection that shuts it off safely if it ever gets too hot. It arrives with a UK plug already fitted, so it's ready to run straight from the box.

Build the System
Pair with a carbon filter rated above the fan's airflow and matching ducting. A Vortex or Variispeed speed controller lets you run it quietly at lower speeds.
🌿 Rose's Pro-Tip: buy one size up and turn it down. A bigger fan at 60% is quieter than a smaller fan flat out, and it has headroom for heatwaves.
