Shogun Sumo Boost and Sumo Active Boost are botanical flowering biostimulants built around naturally occurring triacontanol, a plant growth messenger that stimulates photosynthesis, metabolism and nutrient uptake. Used from the start of flowering, they help plants put their energy into bigger, denser flowers and heavier final yields, with richer aroma and flavour. Choose the version that suits your growing system using the Type option above, then pick your size from 250ml up to 25 litres.

Which version should I pick?

• Sumo Boost – for soil, coco and hand watering. The classic Shogun flower booster. Ideal for growers feeding by watering can or run-to-waste in soil, terra and coco coir. Not for mixing with hydrogen peroxide.
• Sumo Active Boost – for hydroponics and reservoirs. Formulated with stable emulsifiers so it stays clean in an active nutrient tank for up to 14 days, without fermenting, frothing or leaving residue that can block drippers. The one to choose for DWC (deep water culture), recirculating systems, NFT, ebb and flow, drip irrigation and any heavily oxygenated or warm reservoir. It also works in coco and soil.

Not sure? If your feed sits in a tank with pumps or air stones, choose Sumo Active Boost. If you mix fresh feed each time you water, Sumo Boost is all you need.

How to Use

Sumo Boost (soil and coco):

• Root feed: 1–2ml per litre in your watering can or nutrient tank, from the start of flowering right through to harvest. Do not mix with hydrogen peroxide.
• Foliar spray: 2ml per litre, sprayed evenly over the leaves once at the start of flowering and again 28 days later. Keep foliar pH between 5.0 and 7.0.

Sumo Active Boost (hydro, coco and soil):

• Shake the bottle well before every use.
• Root feed: 2ml per litre via your reservoir or watering can from the start of flowering to the end of flowering week 8, followed by a water-only final week.
• Foliar spray: once at the beginning of flowering and again 28 days later. Keep foliar pH between 5.0 and 7.0.

Both versions come in 250ml, 1 litre, 5 litres, 10 litres and 25 litres, plus a measuring syringe sold separately. 250ml is ideal for a small tent, while 5, 10 and 25 litre sizes suit larger grow rooms and commercial growers.
