Tiger & Dendra Worm Cocoons - Bio-Active Compost Starter Culture Soil Inoculant
Professional Grade Bio-Active Compost Starter Culture
Engineered for Ecosystem Success: A Concentrated Blend of Tiger & Dendra Worm Cocoons
Stop wasting money on "shipping-stressed" adult worms that struggle to adapt. Our Professional Bio-Active Inoculant is designed to build a permanent, thriving composting engine from the ground up. By utilizing a Cocoon-Based Strategy, we ensure your colony is born into, and perfectly acclimated to, your specific local environment.
The Biological Advantage
This is a high-density "Living Soil" medium, harvested directly from our stable organic breeding beds. It is not "clean" soil; it is a biological powerhouse containing:
- Eisenia Fetida & Eisenia Hortensis Cocoons: The most resilient way to introduce life. These hardy capsules protect the embryos during transit and hatch only when they sense the perfect moisture and temperature of your bin.
- Micro-Juvenile Micro-biology: Contains newly-emerged, translucent juveniles that begin nutrient cycling the moment they hit your bedding.
- Active Microbial Humus: Our culture is "pre-charged" with the specific fungi and bacteria required to break down organic waste, providing an instant habitat for the emerging colony.
Managing the Life Cycle (Please Read)
Because this is a natural biological culture, success requires understanding the timeline. This is a "Slow-Release" colony, not an instant bag of bait.
- Direct Application: Empty the culture onto moist bedding and cover with a damp cardboard layer.
- The Stealth Phase (Weeks 1–2): Newly hatched juveniles are hair-thin and translucent. They are naturally photophobic (hide from light) and stay deep in the moist medium. Note: Sifting or "riddling" the soil at this stage is highly discouraged as it can damage these delicate organisms.
- The Biological Surge (Weeks 3–4): As the cocoons finish their hatching cycle and the juveniles mature, you will see a massive increase in visible activity.
Technical Specifications
- Application: New Wormeries, Compost Heaps, Bokashi Bins, or "Living Soil" Aroid Mixes.
- Species Profile: Mixed Eisenia culture (optimized for rapid decomposition).
- Source: Sustainably harvested from 100% organic, chemical-free beds.
Final Note: We take pride in our natural harvest process. As this is a raw, organic product, it retains the full microbial diversity of our breeding beds—exactly what your compost needs to succeed. If you require instant, large-sized worms for fishing bait, please look elsewhere. This is a specialized starter for long-term ecosystem building.
