Let's start with a small admission on behalf of the entire hydroponics industry: this isn't liquid oxygen. Actual liquid oxygen boils at minus 183°C and is mostly used to launch rockets. What's in this bottle is hydrogen peroxide — H₂O₂ — which is simply water carrying one extra oxygen atom that it is desperate to get rid of. That restlessness is the whole point. The moment it meets your nutrient solution, it lets go of that spare oxygen, and your plants' roots are the ones who benefit.
Roots, it turns out, need to breathe. We tend to think of plants as things that live on light and water, but underneath the surface a root starved of oxygen behaves much like a person trying to work in a stuffy room: sluggish, stressed, and far more likely to pick up something nasty. Warm, still nutrient tanks are exactly that stuffy room — and they're where pythium, better known as root rot, likes to move in.

How To Use It
To oxygenate nutrient solution: 7.5ml per 10 litres, 2–3 times per week.
To sanitise systems or growing media: 75ml per 10 litres. Circulate through the system or media, then flush with clean water.
To de-chlorinate tap water: 5ml per 10 litres.
One honest caveat: hydrogen peroxide doesn't discriminate. The same reaction that sees off harmful bacteria will also knock back beneficial ones, so it's best suited to mineral hydroponic and coco systems. If you're running living soil, organic feeds or beneficial microbe products, use it for cleaning between crops rather than in every feed.
